Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Armocromia ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Armocromia is an AI-powered seasonal color analysis app. It analyzes photos to determine your color season, provides personalized styling advice, and offers tools to check whether colors suit your palette. The app is available for iOS devices.

AI-Generated Content

The color analysis results, styling recommendations, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, these results are suggestions for personal styling purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Results may vary and are influenced by photo quality, lighting conditions, and other factors.

Subscriptions and Payments

Armocromia offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard process.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the chat feature to generate content unrelated to fashion, styling, or color analysis
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or premium feature gating
• Upload photos of other people without their consent

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you submit for analysis. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your photos through our AI services solely for the purpose of providing the analysis features. As described in our Privacy Policy, photos are not stored on our servers after processing.

Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the app's recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
