How does the color analysis work?
You answer three quick questions about your natural hair color, eye color, and sun reaction. Then you take a selfie in natural light — the app guides you to position your face and checks lighting before you snap. The AI analyzes your photo and quiz answers together to classify you into one of 12 seasonal color types and generates your personalized palette of 30+ colors.
Is my selfie stored or shared?
No. Your selfie is sent securely for real-time analysis and immediately discarded — it is never stored on our servers or shared with anyone. Photos you attach in the Style Chat are only cached on your device and deleted when you clear the conversation.
What does the premium subscription include?
Premium unlocks your full analysis result: your exact season out of 12 types, 30+ personalized colors with best and worst picks, outfit combinations, makeup tips, and a shareable season card for Instagram Stories. It also unlocks the Color Check scanner (point your camera at any clothing or fabric to see if it matches your palette) and the Style Chat (ask your personal AI stylist about outfits, colors, and shopping).
What is the Color Check scanner?
The Scan tab lets you point your camera at any clothing item, fabric, or object. The app identifies the dominant color and tells you whether it matches your seasonal palette, with pairing suggestions from your best colors. Every scan is saved to your history so you can review past checks.
Can I retake my color analysis?
Yes. On the My Season tab, tap the refresh icon in the top right corner. This takes you through the quiz and selfie again from the beginning, and your profile is updated with the new result.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Armocromia, and tap Cancel. You can also manage your subscription from within the app under Settings > Manage Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Delete My Data. This removes your color profile from your device, clears all chat history and scan history from our servers, and deletes your account. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
